Should you disagree with any modifications to this User Agreement, you have the option to close your account.

3.4 Users affirm their right to utilize assets for investment and understand the risks involved.

3.5 Users are responsible for tax and regulatory compliance.

3.6 All products on the AiVesta Company platform are accessible to Users.

3.7 Users are prohibited from disseminating negative information about AiVesta Company, its platform, products, and affiliates.

4.1 Users retain ownership of assets in their accounts, and AiVesta Company holds no liability for asset fluctuations.
